Privacy Policy
How Vardhini Vastu collects, uses and protects the information you share with us. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Who we are
Vardhini Vastu is a Vastu consultancy run by Raghavendra Hebbur from 3rd Cross, Saraswati Road, Ajit Layout, Virgo Nagar, Bengaluru 560049, Karnataka, India. What we collect
This website has no sign-up and no contact form. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it to us, which usually happens on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. That can include:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- the property address or location, property type and stage (plot, under construction, ready, occupied);
- floor plans, photographs, site sketches and compass readings you share for the consultation;
- dates of birth or other details only if you volunteer them in conversation. We do not ask for them for a Vastu assessment.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested in server logs, for security and performance.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and quote a fee.
- To schedule a site visit or an online session.
- To prepare your written VIDS™ report and answer follow-up questions about it.
- To keep basic records of consultations for our own accounting and quality checks.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use your floor plans or photographs in case studies, articles or marketing unless you give written permission first, and even then we remove names and exact addresses.
Who else sees it
Your messages pass through the services you use to contact us: WhatsApp (Meta), Gmail (Google) or your phone network. Their own privacy policies apply to that part. The website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes server logs on our behalf. A Hostinger marketing script (Reach) loads on the site; we do not currently run email campaigns through it. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
Cookies
The site does not set advertising cookies. A page cache (LiteSpeed) and the hosting platform may use strictly necessary technical cookies. When you click a WhatsApp button, the site records an anonymous click event in the page data layer; it is not linked to your identity.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation records, plans and reports for up to five years so we can answer questions about a report later. Enquiries that do not lead to a consultation are deleted within twelve months. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and withdraw consent you gave earlier. Send the request to raghu.hebbur@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
