Talk to Vardhini Vastu
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach Raghavendra Hebbur. Site visits cover Bangalore; online consultations serve clients anywhere.
Before you book.
What is the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp. Message with your property type and location for the quickest response and an exact quote.
Do you visit properties outside Bangalore?
On-site visits are for Bangalore. Outside Bangalore, consultations are conducted online using floor plans and photographs, with the same VIDS™ analysis.
The quickest way to contact Vastu consultant Raghavendra Hebbur is a WhatsApp message. Tell us what kind of property you have, where it is and what you want to know, and you will hear back from the consultant himself, not a call centre or a sales team.
The details above give you every way to reach Vardhini Vastu. Below, we explain what to send so your first Vastu conversation is useful, what happens after you message, and which areas we cover in person and online.
How to contact Vastu consultant Raghavendra Hebbur
WhatsApp comes first because it lets you send a floor plan, photos and a short description in one place. It also keeps a written record, which helps when we refer back to your property later.
- WhatsApp: best for a first message, sharing plans and photos, and asking about fees.
- Email: useful for large files, CAD drawings or a full set of builder documents.
- Phone call: +91 97391 05574, fine once we have seen your plan and there is something to discuss.
Whichever route you choose, please include your name and the property location, so your message does not get lost among other Vastu enquiries.
What to send in your first message
A good first message saves a round of questions. Send as much of this as you have:
- Property type: apartment, villa, independent house, plot, office, shop, factory or warehouse.
- Location: the area or city, so we know whether a visit or an online review fits.
- Approximate size: built-up area for homes and offices, plot area for land and industrial sites.
- Floor plan: a photo or PDF, with the north direction marked if you know it.
- Photos: the main entrance from outside and inside, plus the kitchen and main bedroom.
- Stage: buying, planning to build, renovating, or already living or working there.
- Your main concern, in a line or two.
You do not need everything to start. If all you have is a builder brochure, send that.
Sending a floor plan we can read
Most Vastu analysis begins with the plan, so a clear one helps. Photograph it flat and in good light, include every floor, and keep the room names visible. If the plan has a north arrow, make sure it is in the frame.
Many plans show magnetic north or no north at all. We correct for this during the consultation by taking our own readings and adjusting for magnetic declination. If you are curious, the NOAA magnetic declination calculator shows how much true and magnetic north differ for your city.
Photos that actually help
Photos give context that a plan cannot. The useful ones are simple:
- The main door, from outside and from just inside.
- The kitchen, showing where the stove and sink are.
- Bedrooms, showing where the bed sits.
- The road or approach in front of the property.
- For plots, a photo from each corner looking inward.
There is no need for professional photography. Phone photos are perfectly fine.
What happens after you message
Once your message arrives, the consultant reads it personally. He may ask a question or two, for example which way the main door faces, or whether a room shown on the plan is used differently in practice.
He will then suggest the consultation that suits your property and confirm the fee. Fees are published on our Vastu consultation fees page, so there are no surprises. If you agree, we fix a date, and you receive a short list of what to keep ready. The booking page explains each consultation type if you want to choose before writing.
When to expect a reply
Every message is answered by the consultant, which is why replies are not instant. When he is on a site visit, the phone stays aside until the visit is finished, because careful readings need full attention.
If your matter is time-sensitive, such as a property purchase with a deadline, say so in your first message and we will tell you honestly whether we can help in that window.

Get directions on Google Maps
In practice, most Vastu work happens at your property or over a video call, so an office meeting is rarely needed, but it can be arranged if you would like to talk through plans in person.
Areas we serve
Site visits cover all of Bangalore. Nearest to our office are KR Puram, Whitefield, Marathahalli and Budigere Cross. We also regularly work in areas such as Electronic City, Koramangala and North Bangalore. The Bangalore consultant page covers the city as a whole.
Outside Bangalore, we usually work online with the same VIDS™ analysis. If a visit is genuinely needed, travel is discussed and quoted before anything is booked. Families living abroad can read about consultations for NRIs, and our online consultation page explains how a remote review works. An online assessment uses traditional Vastu only, the 16-zone map and the 3x3 grid drawn on your plan; geopathic stress readings need a site visit.
Business and industrial enquiries
For offices, shops, showrooms, factories and warehouses, send the site plan, the approximate area and a few words on how the space is used. Commercial and industrial assessments are quoted by size before the visit, so you know the cost in advance.
Our pages on office Vastu, commercial Vastu and industrial Vastu explain what each assessment covers.
If you are about to buy
If you are deciding between properties, contact us before you pay the advance. Send the brochure plan or layout, and we can tell you which options deserve a closer look. The apartment buying checklist and the plot checklist are useful to read first.
What we will never ask of you
We will not ask you to buy products, and we do not take commission from builders or suppliers. Our corrections use placement, colour, lighting and room use, without demolition. If something truly needs construction, we will say so plainly and explain why, as set out in our guide to zero-demolition corrections.
Who you will be speaking to
Raghavendra Hebbur founded Vardhini Vastu in 2016. He is a Certified Geo Master, created the VIDS™ 16-zone method, practises with the Lecher Antenna and the Universal Aura Scanner by Geo Engineering, and is translating the Aparajitaprccha, a 12th-century Sanskrit text on architecture. He co-founded VastuOne, a pan-India network, and wrote the book Vastu Unlocked.
Over ten years that has meant more than 3,200 consultations, and a 5.0 rating from 248 Google reviews. When you contact Vastu consultant Raghavendra directly, you are talking to the person who will do the work. Read more on the about page.
Questions people often ask in their first message
Most first messages ask one of a handful of things. You are welcome to ask any of them before booking:
- Can my home be assessed online, or does it need a visit?
- Is the property I am about to buy suitable, or should I keep looking?
- Can the problems in my current home be fixed without breaking walls?
- How long will the visit take, and do all family members need to be present?
- When will the written report arrive, and what will it contain?
The answers depend on your property, which is exactly why a plan and a few photos help so much. With them, the reply can be specific rather than general.
Preparing for the consultation itself
Once a date is fixed, a little preparation makes the day smoother. For a site visit, keep every room accessible, including store rooms, terraces and utility areas, because readings are taken throughout the building. For an online review, charge your phone, find a spot with good network, and keep the floor plan open on another screen.
It also helps to write down what you have noticed in the space: rooms that feel uncomfortable, recurring repairs, or areas the family avoids. These notes guide where the consultant looks more closely. Our guide on how to prepare for a consultation covers this in more detail.
After the report arrives
The written report reaches you within 48 hours of the consultation. It lists corrections in order of priority, so you can start with what matters most and take the rest at your own pace. If something in the report is unclear, or a suggestion is hard to apply in your space, message us and we will work out an alternative with you.
You can see how a report is laid out in our sample report. Many clients come back years later when they move, build or open an office, and we keep the earlier findings in mind when they do.
A short note before you write
There is no obligation when you contact Vastu consultant Raghavendra Hebbur. A first message is simply a conversation about your property. If a consultation would not help, or if a simple check of the plan is enough, you will be told so honestly.
So if you have been meaning to contact Vastu consultant Raghavendra for a while but were unsure where to begin, start with a plan, a few photos and one line about what is bothering you. That is all it takes.
