Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you book a Vastu consultation with Vardhini Vastu. Last updated 3 October 2026.
The service
Vardhini Vastu provides Vastu Shastra assessments of homes, plots, offices, shops and industrial sites, on-site in Bangalore and online elsewhere. Every assessment uses the VIDS™ 16-zone method and ends with a written report. Our recommendations never require demolition or structural change.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted before the visit, based on property type and location, and are listed on the Pricing page. Outstation visits add travel at actual cost, agreed in advance. Payment terms are confirmed on WhatsApp or email when you book. Nothing extra is charged after the visit for the report.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule a visit free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel after we have started work on your plans or travelled to the site, the work already done is chargeable. Message us as early as possible and we will always try to find a fair solution.
What a report is, and is not
A Vastu report is professional guidance based on traditional Vastu Shastra principles, measured directional data and our experience. It is not engineering, structural, legal, medical or financial advice, and it is not a guarantee of any particular result. Decisions about buying, building or modifying property remain yours. For structural or legal questions, consult a licensed engineer, architect or advocate.
Your information and our report
You confirm that the plans and details you send are accurate to the best of your knowledge. The report is prepared for your personal use. Please do not republish it commercially. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
