Buying in a Vastu compliant project
Ask the developer for the unit floor plan with the north direction marked, and send it to us before you book. A drawing-based review tells you whether the unit itself works, which is more useful than a project-wide label. Also confirm the project’s registration on the Telangana RERA portal, a legal step separate from Vastu.
Villas and villa plots
Villa communities on the western side of the city are a large part of our Hyderabad work. For a completed villa we read the compound, gate, staircase, sump, overhead tank and terrace along with every room; this is best done on site. For a villa plot, we compare the ones you shortlist on shape, slope and road position.
Working with your architect
If you are building, we review your architect’s drawings: staircase, kitchen, bedrooms, puja room, toilets, sump and overhead tank, all placed on the 16-zone map. Written notes go straight to the architect. Changes on paper cost nothing.
Interiors before move-in
After possession, we share the zone map with your interior designer: wardrobes towards the south and west, beds with the head to the south or west, the stove in the south-east part of the kitchen, the puja unit in the north-east and the study desk facing north or east.
Gated-community flats near the tech corridor
In flats near HITEC City and Gachibowli, we read the unit from its centre. Bedroom allocation, bed and desk direction, the kitchen arrangement, a clear north-east and an uncluttered centre are the usual first priorities. Many residents work in technology and work from home part of the week, so the desk gets particular attention.
Taking accurate readings
Phone compasses can be off indoors near steel and appliances. We guide you to take readings at several points and discard outliers, and cross-check with the plan orientation. The report states how readings were taken.
Offices near the tech parks
For offices we place the owner in the south-west facing north or east, finance in a stable zone, reception near the entrance on the north or east side and meeting rooms in the north-west or west. See Vastu for Office.

Independent houses in older areas
Areas such as Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills and the older parts of the city have independent houses on their own plots, some extended over the years. We read the whole plot and each floor, and work within the existing structure.
Puja rooms
Most Hyderabad families keep a puja room. The north-east is traditional, kept light and clean with nothing heavy above. In flats where that zone holds a toilet or balcony, we find the best alternative in the plan.
Water and borewells
On villa plots, borewells and sumps traditionally sit in the north or north-east, overhead tanks in the south-west. We mark suitable positions before drilling, keeping drainage and access in view.

Comparing units in a large project
Two flats on the same floor of the same tower can read very differently once mapped, especially corner units and mirror-image layouts. When you share the unit plans and the tower position on the master plan, we compare the options on entrance position, kitchen, master bedroom, use of the north-east and overall shape, then give a clear recommendation with the reasons. Most comparisons are ready within two working days of receiving clear plans.
Kitchens and fire
The south-east is the traditional zone of fire and the preferred place for the stove. When a kitchen sits elsewhere, we look at where the stove stands within it, which way the cook faces, and whether the sink and stove are pressed against each other. A stove in the south-east part of the counter with the cook facing east is the traditional ideal; when that is not possible, orientation and colour do most of the work.
Balconies and open views
Many Hyderabad flats look over open land, lakes or the city skyline. Water and openness are traditionally welcome in the north and east. If the open side of your flat is the south or west, we suggest keeping that side heavier with furniture and curtains, while keeping the north and east inside the home light and uncluttered.
Children and study
For students, we place the study table facing north or east, with a wall behind and daylight from the side, in a quiet zone away from the television. Good evening lighting and a clear desk matter as much as direction.
Colour and light
Lighter shades suit the north and east, warmer earth tones the south-west and warm accents the south-east. We suggest colours zone by zone, not room by room, and point out where better lighting would help, especially in a dark north-east.

What an online Vastu assessment covers
An online assessment uses traditional Vastu analysis only. We draw the 16-zone map from the centre of your plan, using compass readings you take with us on a video call, and lay the 3×3 grid over the same plan: the nine-square division with the Brahmasthan at the centre. Every finding comes from these two methods, such as which zone holds each door, room, kitchen, toilet and water point, and how the nine squares and the centre are used.
Geopathic stress readings with the Lecher Antenna and the Universal Aura Scanner are not part of an online assessment, because they need us physically on site. If your online report suggests a closer look is worthwhile, an on-site visit can follow.
