Recommended service
To book Vastu consultation with Vardhini Vastu, you only need to know two things: what kind of property you have and what stage it is at. The selector above uses those two answers to point you to the right service, and the next step is a WhatsApp conversation with the consultant, not a form or a call centre.
If you would rather read through the options first, this page explains each consultation type in plain terms, who it suits, what it costs and how the booking works from first message to written report. Every option uses the same VIDS™ 16-zone method; what changes is how the readings are taken and how large the property is.
How to book Vastu consultation in four steps
The booking process is short, and you can stop at any point if you decide a consultation is not needed.
- Message on WhatsApp with your property type, location, approximate size and, if you have it, a floor plan.
- The consultant reads it, asks any clarifying question and recommends the consultation that fits, with the exact fee.
- Payment is arranged when you book, before the site visit or online review begins, and a date is fixed.
- You receive a short list of what to keep ready, and after the consultation a written report within 48 hours.
Fees for every type are listed on our fees page, so you can see the cost before writing. Questions about anything on that page can be asked on WhatsApp before you commit.
Online consultation
The online consultation suits apartments, plan reviews before purchase, and anyone living outside Bangalore or abroad. You share the floor plan, and then we do a live video walk-through where you take phone compass readings at points we ask for. We cross-check those readings with the plan and correct for magnetic declination, the gap between magnetic and true north, which the NOAA magnetic declination calculator shows for any location.
The fee is ₹5,000 wherever you are. It does not include a Lecher Antenna reading for geopathic stress, because that needs someone on site. See the online consultation page for the full process.
Apartment and row house visit in Bangalore
For flats and row houses in Bangalore, an on-site visit is ₹15,000. We walk through every room with a degree-accurate compass, find the centre of the flat, and note where the entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and toilets fall among the 16 zones. A visit usually takes two to four hours.
Apartments come with fixed walls and shared structures, so the corrections focus on what you can actually change: furniture placement, room use, colour and lighting. Our apartment page explains this in detail.
Villa and independent house visit
A villa or independent house in Bangalore is ₹25,000. These take longer because there is more to measure: several floors, a staircase, the compound, the sump and overhead tank, parking and any outhouse or garden. Where it is useful we add a Lecher Antenna scan for geopathic stress around beds and work areas.
If you own the whole building, you also have more freedom to change room use between floors, which often gives better results without any construction. Read more on our independent house and villa pages.
Outstation visits
For homes outside Bangalore, a visit is ₹21,000 for an apartment and ₹30,000 for a villa or independent house, plus travel at actual cost, agreed before booking. Many outstation clients are well served by the online consultation instead, and we will tell you honestly which makes more sense for your property.
Office, shop and showroom consultation
Commercial spaces are quoted from ₹51,000 based on size, and the quote is agreed before the visit. The assessment looks at the entrance and reception, the owner or director cabin, the cash and accounts area, staff seating, meeting rooms, pantry and storage, and how customers move through a shop or showroom.
Send the layout, the area and a line on how the space is used. Useful background is on our office, shops and commercial pages.
Factory, warehouse and industrial consultation
Industrial sites are also quoted from ₹51,000, based on plot size and built-up area. We look at the main gate, the placement of heavy machinery, boilers and furnaces, raw material and finished goods storage, water sources, the administrative block and staff areas.
Industrial work is often best done at the plan stage, when moving a shed or a store costs nothing. See industrial Vastu, factory Vastu and warehouse Vastu for more.
Pre-purchase plot report
If you are buying land, a plot report is ₹5,000. We review the shape, the facing direction, the roads around the plot, any slope and the surroundings, from the layout sketch and photos you send. It is meant to help you decide before you pay an advance.
The plot page and the plot buying checklist explain what to send.
Plans for new construction and renovation
If you are building or renovating, the best time to book is while the drawings can still change. We review the architect plan zone by zone and mark what should move, such as the kitchen, a toilet or the staircase, before construction begins. During a renovation, we focus on what the work can improve without adding to the scope.
Read about new construction and home renovation for what each review covers.
Which consultation should you choose?
If you are still unsure, here is a simple way to decide:
- Flat, anywhere in India or abroad: start with online.
- Flat in Bangalore where you want every room checked in person: apartment visit.
- Villa or independent house in Bangalore: villa visit.
- Office, shop, factory or warehouse: ask for a size-based quote.
- Land you are thinking of buying: plot report.
- House plan not yet built: a plan review, online or in person.
You can also just describe your situation on WhatsApp and the consultant will recommend one.
What to keep ready
Before the consultation, keep the floor plan to hand, make sure every room is accessible, and note anything you have noticed about the space, such as rooms that feel uncomfortable or problems that keep returning. Our guide on preparing for a consultation has a full checklist.
What you receive
Every consultation ends with a written report within 48 hours. It contains your 16-zone map, measured degrees, an assessment of the entrance and main rooms, and corrections in order of priority, all achievable without demolition and without buying any products. You can see the format in our sample report.
Why book with Vardhini Vastu
Every consultation is done personally by Raghavendra Hebbur, who founded Vardhini Vastu in 2016, created the VIDS™ method and is a Certified Geo Master. He is translating the Aparajitaprccha, a 12th-century Sanskrit text on architecture, and co-founded VastuOne, a pan-India network. Over ten years he has completed 3,200+ consultations, with a 5.0 rating from 248 Google reviews.
We sell no products and take no commission from builders. When you book Vastu consultation with us, the fee is the only thing you pay. If you have a question before booking, the contact page lists every way to reach us.
What happens on the day
For a site visit, the Vastu consultant arrives at the agreed time and starts with a short conversation about how the family or team uses the space. Then come the measurements: compass readings at several points, the centre of the built area, the entrance angle, and the position of every room, door, water tank and heavy item. Where useful, a Lecher Antenna scan follows.
You do not need to prepare answers or tidy the house. It helps if someone who knows the property well can walk around with the consultant and answer questions about how each room is used. At the end, he will share first observations in person, and the detailed reasoning follows in the written report.
For an online Vastu consultation, the same steps happen over video. You hold the phone, he guides you room by room, and the readings are recorded as you go.
Questions to ask before you book Vastu consultation
It is reasonable to ask any Vastu consultant a few questions first. These are the ones we would ask ourselves:
- Will the advice need any demolition or construction?
- Will I be asked to buy products or remedies?
- Will I get a written report, and when?
- Who will actually carry out the consultation?
- Is the fee fixed, or does it depend on what is found?
Our answers are simple: no demolition unless something truly needs it, nothing to buy, a written report within 48 hours, the consultation done by the founder himself, and a fixed fee agreed in advance.
Booking a Vastu visit for someone else
Many bookings come from a son or daughter arranging a consultation for parents, or from a business partner on behalf of a company. That works well. Send the property details and tell us who will be present on the day, and we will coordinate with them directly. The Vastu report can be shared with whoever needs it, including your architect or interior designer.
What an online Vastu assessment covers
An online assessment uses traditional Vastu analysis only. We draw the 16-zone map from the centre of your plan, using compass readings you take with us on a video call, and lay the 3x3 grid over the same plan: the nine-square division with the Brahmasthan at the centre. Every finding comes from these two methods, such as which zone holds each door, room, kitchen, toilet and water point, and how the nine squares and the centre are used.
Geopathic stress readings with the Lecher Antenna and the Universal Aura Scanner are not part of an online assessment, because they need us physically on site. If your online report suggests a closer look is worthwhile, an on-site visit can follow.
