Vastu Consultant in Electronic City

Vastu assessments for homes and industrial premises in Electronic City Phases 1 and 2, Hosur Road and the surrounding industrial belt.

Vardhini Vastu is a Vastu consultant in Electronic City for both homes and industrial premises. We assess apartments in Phase 1 and Phase 2, homes along Hosur Road and Neeladri Road, and factories, workshops and warehouses in the industrial belt around Bommasandra and beyond. Every property is measured on site, and every recommendation works without demolition or stopping production.

Our approach applies traditional Vastu Shastra with instruments: degree-accurate compass readings, a 16-zone map from the centre of the property, and a Lecher Antenna scan. For homes that means rooms and furniture. For industrial units it means the flow of material, machines, storage and money.

Homes and factories, often for the same family

Electronic City grew around large technology campuses and is surrounded by industrial estates. It is one of the few parts of Bangalore where we regularly assess a family’s apartment and their manufacturing unit in the same week.

The two need different thinking. A home is read for rest, health and harmony: where people sleep, cook and work. A factory is read as a process: where raw material arrives, where it is worked on, where finished goods wait and how they leave, and where the owner and accounts sit.

What a Vastu consultant in Electronic City checks in an industrial unit

On an industrial visit we walk the site while it runs and map these first:

  • Inward gate and raw material storage, and whether material moves in a sensible direction.
  • Heavy machinery, ideally towards the south, west and south-west.
  • Boilers, furnaces, transformers and DG sets, which belong with fire in the south-east.
  • Water tanks and borewells, preferred in the north or north-east.
  • Finished goods and dispatch, which suit the north-west.
  • The owner’s and accounts cabins, ideally in the south-west.

We then plan corrections in phases that fit your maintenance windows: relocating stock, rearranging storage, shifting dispatch staging and adjusting seating. We never recommend rebuilding a shed.

Apartments in Phase 1, Phase 2 and Hosur Road

Most homes here are apartments in gated complexes, many occupied by people working in the nearby campuses. The building is fixed, so we read the flat as a unit: its centre, its 16 zones and how each room is used.

Common findings include a toilet in the north-east, kitchens on the wrong side of the plan and master bedrooms outside the south-west. None of these call for construction. Moving the master bedroom to the south-west room, turning the bed, relocating heavy storage and keeping the north-east light and clean usually make the biggest difference.

For people working long shifts, we also pay attention to the study or desk: its zone, which way you face and what is behind your chair.

Industrial plots before purchase

If you are buying industrial land around Electronic City, Jigani or Attibele, a pre-purchase check is worth doing. We look at the plot shape, cut or extended corners, road access and gate position, the slope of the land and the surroundings.

A regular plot with the north-east open and the land sloping gently towards the north or east is traditionally preferred. Irregular plots are not ruled out, but we explain what can and cannot be balanced before you commit. See Industrial Plot Vastu for more.

Without stopping production

Factory owners worry that Vastu means downtime. It does not. We take compass and Lecher Antenna readings while machines run, note the layout and talk to the people who manage the floor. Corrections are planned around your schedule and introduced in stages.

The report separates what should change first from what can wait. Many first-priority items are simple: clearing material piled in the north-east, moving the owner’s desk, shifting finished goods staging. Others are planned into the next maintenance shutdown.

Fees, reports and follow-up

Apartment visits are charged at the standard Bangalore apartment fee. Commercial and industrial assessments are quoted after we see the site plan, starting from the figure on our Pricing page.

Every client receives a written VIDS report within 48 hours with the zone map, readings, observations and prioritised corrections. You can see the format in the sample report. Follow-up questions are answered on WhatsApp, and we do not sell yantras or products of any kind.

Common questions in Electronic City

“Is factory Vastu the same as home Vastu?” The principles are the same; the application follows the production process. Our industrial Vastu guide explains the zone-by-zone logic.

“Can you assess a rented shed?” Yes. Most corrections are layout changes that tenants can make.

“Do you also visit homes here?” Yes, apartments and independent houses across Electronic City and Hosur Road.

Warehouses and logistics units

Warehousing has grown along Hosur Road and the roads towards Anekal and Attibele. A warehouse is read differently from a factory because the main activity is storing and moving goods, not making them.

We look at where trucks enter and leave, where goods are received and checked, where heavy pallets and racks stand and where dispatch is staged. Heavy racking belongs towards the south and west, while the receiving and dispatch areas work well in the north and north-west. The office and records room are placed for stability. Our Warehouse Vastu page explains this in more detail.

Small workshops and job-work units

Not every industrial client runs a large plant. Many operate small sheds doing machining, fabrication, printing or assembly, often with ten to thirty people. Space is tight and every square foot is working.

In a small unit we focus on the few changes with the most effect: keeping the north-east of the shed clear of scrap and raw stock, moving the heaviest machine towards the south-west where possible, giving the owner a seat that faces north or east, and making sure the cash and records are kept in a stable, secure place. These rarely need more than a weekend of rearranging.

The owner’s cabin and the accounts desk

In industrial Vastu, the people who make decisions and handle money deserve as much attention as the machines. We place the owner’s cabin in the south-west part of the premises wherever possible, with the owner facing north or east and a solid wall behind.

The accounts desk and cash locker follow a similar logic: a stable zone, a secure cabinet and a seat out of the main walkway. In many units the owner currently sits near the gate to watch everything. Moving that seat is often one of the first recommendations in the report.

Lecher Antenna readings on industrial sites

On every on-site visit we scan the working areas with a Lecher Antenna, an instrument used in radiesthesia to detect bands of what practitioners call geopathic stress. In a factory this matters most where people sit or stand for long periods: workstations, the owner’s cabin and any rest area.

We record where readings change and take them into account when suggesting where people should be seated. We state clearly in the report which findings come from this instrument, which come from classical Vastu texts and which are our professional interpretation, as explained in our editorial standards.

Homes for people working in the campuses

Many residents here are professionals who moved to Bangalore for work and rent their flat. Vastu is still useful for them. Every correction we suggest is non-structural, so it can be applied without a landlord’s approval and carried to the next home.

For a rented flat we keep the report short and practical: which room to sleep in, where to put the bed and desk, how to keep the north-east and centre clear, and which colours and lights help each zone. When the time comes to buy, we can compare the flats you shortlist from the plans before you commit.

Shops and clinics along Hosur Road

Alongside homes and factories, Electronic City has a growing number of shops, clinics, pharmacies and restaurants serving the people who live and work here. For these spaces we look at the entrance zone, the counter where money is handled, where the owner or doctor sits and where stock or records are kept. The changes are usually small and practical, and they can be made by tenants without touching the structure. Our Vastu for Shops page explains the approach for retail units.
