Vardhini Vastu is a Vastu consultant near Bangalore Airport for homes, villa plots, industrial units, warehouses and offices around Kempegowda International Airport, the KIADB Aerospace Park and the airport city. The land around the airport mixes large residential communities with aerospace, logistics and commercial development, and we assess all of them on site. Nothing we recommend involves demolition or stopping work.
We apply traditional Vastu Shastra with instruments: compass readings at several points, a 16-zone map from the centre of the property and a Lecher Antenna scan. A written report follows within 48 hours.
Homes, hangars and warehouses on the same map
The airport belt is unusual. Within a few kilometres you find villa communities and townships, the Aerospace Park and other industrial areas developed by KIADB, logistics and warehousing, and the airport’s own commercial development. Families buying near the airport usually want a plot or villa checked before purchase. Businesses want their shed, warehouse or office arranged so that material, people and money move in a sensible direction.
Both are assessed with the same 16-zone VIDS method, applied to very different buildings.
What a Vastu consultant near Bangalore Airport checks in an industrial unit
On an industrial visit we walk the site while it runs and map:
- The inward gate and raw material storage.
- Heavy machinery and assembly areas, ideally towards the south, west and south-west.
- Power equipment: transformers, DG sets, compressors and furnaces, which suit the south-east.
- Water: tanks, borewells and cooling, preferred in the north or north-east.
- Finished goods and dispatch, which suit the north-west.
- The owner’s and accounts cabins, ideally in the south-west.
Corrections are planned around production and introduced in stages.
Warehouses and logistics
Warehousing around the airport is about storing and moving goods rather than making them. We look at where trucks enter and leave, where goods are received and checked, where heavy pallets and racking stand and where dispatch is staged. Heavy racking belongs towards the south and west, receiving and dispatch on the north and north-west sides, and the office in a stable zone. See Warehouse Vastu.
Aerospace and precision manufacturing
Aerospace and precision units have strict layout requirements for cleanliness, safety and process flow. We never suggest changes that conflict with those. Our recommendations work within your approved layout: where the owner and finance sit, how storage and dispatch are arranged, keeping the north-east open, and balancing power equipment. Where a process constraint applies, it always takes priority.
Industrial plots before purchase
If you are buying industrial land near the airport, a pre-purchase check is worth doing. We read the plot shape, cut or extended corners, road access and gate position, the slope and the surroundings, then give a written opinion before you commit. See Industrial Plot Vastu.
Villa plots and townships
For families, the area offers villa plots and homes in large townships. We read plot shape, slope and road position before purchase, compare units in larger projects from their plans, and review architects’ drawings for new villas. See Devanahalli for more on residential land here.
Offices and commercial space
In the airport city and the surrounding commercial developments, offices are read for founder or owner seating in the south-west facing north or east, a stable zone for finance, reception near the entrance on the north or east side and meeting rooms in the north-west or west. All of it is done through layout. See Vastu for Office.
Without stopping operations
We take compass and Lecher Antenna readings while the site runs, note the layout and talk to the people who manage it. The report separates what should change first from what can wait for a maintenance window. Many first-priority items are simple: clearing material from the north-east, moving the owner’s desk, shifting dispatch staging.
Height limits and approvals
Areas close to the airport have height restrictions and other approvals that apply to construction. These are legal and planning matters, separate from Vastu. We always recommend confirming approvals with the authorities before buying or building.
Fees and what you receive
Homes and plots near the airport are visited at standard Bangalore fees. Industrial, warehouse and commercial assessments are quoted after we see the site plan, starting from the figure on our Pricing page. Every client receives a written VIDS report within 48 hours. The sample report shows the format. We do not sell products of any kind.
Questions we hear near the airport
“Do you assess units in the Aerospace Park area?” Yes, industrial units of any size.
“Can you check a warehouse layout?” Yes, including docks, storage zones and the office.
“Do you check villa plots?” Yes, with a written pre-purchase report.
“Will the visit disrupt operations?” No.
The owner’s cabin and accounts
In industrial Vastu, the people who decide and handle money deserve as much attention as the machines. The owner’s cabin belongs in the south-west, with the owner facing north or east and a solid wall behind. The accounts desk and cash locker follow similar logic: a stable zone, a secure cabinet and a seat away from the walkway.
Staff areas and canteens
Larger units have canteens, rest rooms and changing areas. Canteen kitchens suit the south-east, the zone of fire. Rest areas suit calm zones away from heavy machinery. We look at these alongside the production floor because they affect the people who keep the plant running.
Lecher Antenna readings on site
On every on-site visit we scan working and seating areas with a Lecher Antenna, an instrument used in radiesthesia to detect what practitioners call geopathic stress. We record where readings change and state clearly in the report which findings come from this instrument, which from classical texts and which from our interpretation. Our editorial standards explain this.
Independent advice
Vardhini Vastu is an independent consultancy, not linked to any developer, industrial park operator or supplier. We advise only the client who engages us.
Areas we cover near the airport
On-site visits cover the airport city, the Aerospace Park and nearby industrial areas, Devanahalli, Bettahalasur, Chikkajala, Sadahalli, Bagalur, Vijayapura Road and the villages around the airport. See our North Bangalore page for the wider area.
Moving into a new shed
Many businesses setting up near the airport are moving into a newly built or leased shed. Before the fit-out, send us the layout drawing and the plot orientation. We mark where the machinery, storage, power equipment, dispatch and offices would sit best in the 16-zone map, and you share that note with your contractor. Planning on paper is far easier than moving heavy equipment after commissioning.
Logistics hubs and cold storage
Cold storage, courier hubs and e-commerce fulfilment centres have their own rhythm: constant inward and outward movement, heavy racking and large equipment. We map the docks, racking, chilling plant and offices, keeping the heavy equipment towards the south and west and the movement of goods flowing through the north and north-west where the layout allows.
Homes for people working at the airport
Many airport and airline staff live in the townships and layouts nearby, often working shifts. For them sleep matters most. We place the bedroom in a calm zone, the bed head towards the south or west, and suggest heavy curtains for daytime sleep in rooms facing the morning sun. A Lecher Antenna reading across the bed position is part of every on-site visit.
Hotels and hospitality
Hotels and serviced apartments near the airport benefit from the same principles we apply to homes and offices: a welcoming, well-lit entrance, reception near the entrance on the north or east side, kitchens in the south-east, and heavy service areas towards the south and west. We assess these as commercial premises.
A note on outcomes
Business owners understandably ask whether Vastu will improve results. We do not promise outcomes. A Vastu report is guidance based on classical principles and measured readings, and it works alongside good management, not instead of it.
Training centres and institutions
The airport belt also has aviation academies, training centres and educational campuses. For these we read the entrance and reception, where the head of the institution sits, classroom orientation and where records are kept. Classrooms where students face north or east are traditionally preferred, and the administrative office sits in a stable zone.
