As a Vastu consultant in Bommasandra, we work along the Hosur Road industrial stretch: units across the Bommasandra industrial area phases, along the Bommasandra to Jigani link road, and further south towards Chandapura and Attibele. Alongside the factories, there is a steady demand from families in the apartments and layouts that have grown up around them, many of whom work in the same belt.
Every assessment follows our VIDS 16-zone method. We measure true north on site, read each building, floor and room by its zone, and plan corrections that need no demolition. We never ask a unit to stop production for our visit, and we sell no products.
Units on Hosur Road and the link road
Plots that front the highway or the link road have a fixed direction for their main access, and the gate position along that frontage matters. We read the frontage by its eight padas and suggest the gate and security cabin positions that suit both tradition and truck movement. Inside the plot, the same principles apply as anywhere: office and cabin in the south-west, heavy stores and machines to the south and west, fire and power in the south-east, dispatch in the north-west, and water in the north-east.
See factory Vastu and 32 entrances Vastu for how gates are read.
Units on upper floors of industrial buildings
Some businesses in the area occupy one floor of a multi-storey industrial building rather than a standalone shed. In that case, we read your floor as its own unit: its centre, its 16 zones, and what sits in each. The lift, staircase and common toilets are fixed by the building, so the report focuses on what you control: the cabin, workstations, stores, testing areas and dispatch.
Light assembly, electronics and precision units often fit this pattern. Workbenches facing north or east, a clear centre, and stores against the south and west walls are the usual priorities. See manufacturing Vastu.
What we check in a standalone unit
- Plot shape, slope and the road position.
- Main gate, security cabin and truck entry.
- Office block and owner cabin.
- Main production shed and machine layout.
- Raw material and finished goods stores.
- Boilers, DG sets, transformers and electrical rooms.
- Borewell, sump, overhead tanks and effluent handling.
- Canteen, toilets and rest areas.
Each item is placed on the measured plan with its zone and the traditional guidance for it.
New construction and expansion
When a new shed, floor or office is planned, we review the drawings before work starts. On paper, placing a building in the right part of the plot or a staircase on the right side of a floor costs nothing. After construction, the same change is expensive. We send written comments that your architect can act on. See industrial plot Vastu.
Apartments and layouts around Bommasandra
Apartment projects and plotted layouts around Bommasandra, Chandapura and towards Attibele draw families who work in the belt and in Electronic City. For flats, we read your unit by its own centre and zones; for plots, we read shape, slope and roads before you buy; for houses, we read the full layout room by room.
See Vastu for apartment, 2BHK flat Vastu and pre-purchase Vastu check.
How the visit works
We walk the site as it runs. Compass readings are taken at several points, away from steel structures, machines and parked vehicles that distort the needle, and corrected for magnetic declination, which you can check with the NOAA magnetic declination calculator. We sketch the layout and note every building, room and activity by zone.
Lecher Antenna readings can be added on site if you want them, described honestly as radiesthesia, which mainstream science does not accept, and kept apart from the measured findings.
Corrections that suit a running unit
- Move the owner cabin or accounts desk to the south-west and face north or east.
- Clear the north-east of scrap, pallets and stored material.
- Shift heavy stock towards the south-west.
- Plan dispatch in the north-west.
- Use planned shutdowns to move panels or compressors towards the south-east.
- Place every new building and machine correctly from the start.
Fees and reports
Industrial and commercial assessments start from ₹51,000 and are quoted after we see the site plan. Homes in Bangalore are ₹15,000 for an apartment or row house and ₹25,000 for a villa or independent house. A pre-purchase plot report is ₹5,000. The written report arrives within 48 hours. See all fees and a sample report.
Why Vardhini Vastu
We have practised since 2016 and completed more than 3,200 consultations. We measure before we advise, separate classical guidance from measurement, sell nothing and take no commission. We do not promise orders or profits. We tell you how your site reads by direction and which changes are practical.
Common findings along Hosur Road
- The office block placed at the front of the plot in the north-east, because that is where the road is.
- A transformer or DG set in the north-east, close to the incoming power line.
- Heavy stock in the north or east sides of the shed, with the south-west used as an open loading area.
- Gates placed at the exact corner of the plot to suit truck turning.
- Upper-floor units where the cabin sits beside the lift lobby in the north-east of the floor.
- Canteens and toilets added in whatever corner was free.
Each of these is measured, explained and ranked by how practical it is to change. Many can be improved in a single planned shutdown.
Electronics, precision and clean-room units
Precision manufacturing and electronics assembly need controlled, clean spaces. The layout questions are about flow and calm: material in from one side, through inspection, assembly, testing and packing, and out from the north-west. Clean rooms and testing labs suit the north and east sides of a floor, where they are least disturbed by heavy movement. Stores for components and packaging suit the south and west.
Server rooms and control panels are read for the south-east or south-west. The quality manager and production head suit seats from which they face north or east and can see the floor.
Units moving from the city
A number of businesses in the belt have moved out from older, smaller premises in the city. A move is the best time to get the layout right, because everything is being placed for the first time. If you are relocating, send us the new plan before the fit-out drawings are final, and we will mark where the cabin, stores, machines and dispatch should go.
If you are choosing between two premises, we can read both and set them side by side.
Homes for those who work in the belt
Families who work at units along Hosur Road and in Electronic City often choose homes close by. For an apartment, the most useful checks are the main door position, the kitchen zone, the master bedroom zone and any toilet in the north-east. For a plot, shape, slope and roads come first. For a house, the full room-by-room reading.
If you are not sure where to start, our apartment buying checklist and plot buying checklist take you through the basics.
Common questions in Bommasandra
Can you read our unit from drawings before visiting? Yes. We often review the plan online first, then confirm on site.
Do you work with our architect or contractor? Yes. We send written comments they can act on, and we keep them practical.
Do you recommend objects or yantras for factories? No. We sell nothing, and every correction is a change in layout or use.
Water and utilities on industrial plots
Borewells, sumps and overhead tanks are read together. Tradition places the borewell and underground sump in the north-east of the plot, and the overhead tank, which is heavy, in the south-west of the roof. Waste water and effluent are kept away from the north-east. Where a site already has these in other positions, a Vastu consultant in Bommasandra should tell you which are worth changing at the next opportunity and which are best left alone, and that is how we write the report. See water tank and sump Vastu.
Before you sign a lease
For a leased shed or floor, ask for the layout drawing and visit with a compass. Check where the entrance falls, where the cabin could go, and whether the north-east is open or carries a toilet or panel. These few minutes tell you most of what matters before you commit to a lease of several years.
