Vastu Consultant in Bidadi

Vastu assessments for factories and supplier units in the Bidadi industrial area, warehouses on Mysore Road, and resorts, farmhouses and homes around Bidadi.

As a Vastu consultant in Bidadi, we work on the Mysore Road corridor south-west of the city: units in the Bidadi industrial area, supplier and component units that serve the larger plants nearby, warehouses along the highway, and the farmhouses, resorts, plotted layouts and homes spread around Bidadi and towards Ramanagara. Much of the land is still open, so a good share of our work here is planning before construction rather than correcting after it. That is the cheapest and most effective time to apply Vastu.

Every visit uses our VIDS 16-zone method: true north measured on site, each building and room read by its zone, and corrections planned without demolition. We never ask a site to stop work, and we sell no products.

Supplier and component units

Many units in and around the industrial area make parts, assemblies or packaging for larger manufacturers. They run to tight schedules, with material arriving and leaving every day. For these, the reading focuses on flow and on the people who run the unit:

  • Receiving and raw material stores in the south and west.
  • Machining and assembly lines through the centre and east, with operators facing north or east where possible.
  • Heat treatment, furnaces, compressors and panels in the south-east.
  • Quality inspection and packing in the north-west, close to dispatch.
  • The owner cabin and planning desk in the south-west of the office.

Planning a new factory campus

Where a plot is still empty, we prepare a zone plan for the whole site before the architect fixes the buildings: main shed, office, stores, utilities, water, effluent, canteen, parking and internal roads, each placed in its preferred zone, and the areas that should stay open. A campus planned this way rarely needs correction later.

We work alongside your architect and engineers and send written comments at each drawing stage. See industrial plot Vastu.

Warehouses on Mysore Road

Warehousing along the highway follows the same principles as anywhere: outgoing docks in the north-west, heavy and slow stock in the south-west, a clear centre aisle, and the office in the south-west of its block. Truck parking is kept off the north-east of the yard. See warehouse Vastu.

Resorts, farm stays and event venues

The corridor towards Ramanagara has resorts, farm stays and event spaces. For hospitality, we read the entrance and reception, the kitchen, guest rooms, the owner residence and water features. Kitchens suit the south-east, reception the north or east, guest blocks the north-west and west, and the owner residence the south-west. Pools and water features suit the north and north-east.

See Vastu for hotels and restaurants.

Farmhouses and weekend homes

Agricultural land around Bidadi is often bought for a weekend home. We choose a regular area for the house, ideally where the ground falls towards the north or east, and plan the house, borewell, gate and planting within it. Large trees go to the south and west, and the north-east stays open. See Vastu for farmhouses.

Plotted layouts and homes

For families buying a site in the layouts around Bidadi, the first reading is the plot: shape, slope, facing and roads. When the house is designed, we review each floor of the plan. For existing homes, we read the full layout room by room. See Vastu for plot and independent house Vastu.

How the visit works

We walk the site as it runs, taking compass readings at several points away from steel structures, machines and vehicles, corrected for magnetic declination, which you can check with the NOAA magnetic declination calculator. For large or empty sites, we mark readings on the survey plan and draw the zones over the whole plot.

Lecher Antenna readings can be added on site if you want them. We describe them honestly as radiesthesia, which mainstream science does not accept, and keep them apart from the measured findings.

Common findings in the Bidadi area

  • An office block placed at the road edge in the north-east of the plot.
  • Heavy stores along the north boundary, with the south-west used for loading.
  • Borewell and sump in the south-west, with the overhead tank in the north-east.
  • A farmhouse built on the lowest corner of the land in the south-west.
  • Resort kitchens placed in the north-east to be near the dining hall.

Each is measured and ranked by how practical it is to change.

Corrections without demolition

  • Move cabins and planning desks to the south-west.
  • Clear the north-east of scrap, pallets and parked vehicles.
  • Re-plan stores so heavy stock sits in the south-west.
  • Shift dispatch to the north-west.
  • Place every new building correctly from the zone plan.

See zero-demolition corrections.

Fees and reports

Industrial, warehouse, hospitality and commercial assessments start from ₹51,000 and are quoted after we see the site plan. A pre-purchase plot report is ₹5,000. Home fees are on our fees page. The written report arrives within 48 hours. See a sample report.

Why Vardhini Vastu

We have practised since 2016 and completed more than 3,200 consultations. We measure before we advise, separate classical guidance from measurement, sell nothing and take no commission. We make no promises about business results. We tell you how your site reads by direction and what is practical to change.

Multi-building sites

Larger sites in the area often hold several buildings: a main plant, a second shed, a stores block, an office, a canteen, a utility yard and a security building. Each building is read on its own plan, and the whole site is read on the plot plan. The two readings together show whether each activity sits in its preferred zone on the plot, and whether each room sits well inside its own building.

When a site has grown without a plan, the plot-level reading usually matters most. Moving one activity, such as raw material storage, from the north-east of the site to the south-west, can do more than many small changes inside the buildings.

Water, effluent and the open yard

Borewells and clean water sumps suit the north-east of the plot. Overhead tanks, being heavy, suit the south-west of the roof. Effluent treatment, septic tanks and waste storage are kept away from the north-east. The open yard is best left larger on the north and east sides, with truck parking in the north-west or south-east.

On land that is still being graded, we suggest the final levels so that the site falls gently towards the north and east and drains away from the buildings. See water tank and sump Vastu.

Leased units and sheds

For leased sheds, the tenant controls the layout inside: the cabin, the machines, the stores and the daily entrance. We focus the report on those decisions. If you are choosing between sheds, we can read both and set them side by side before you sign.

Common questions in Bidadi

Do you also cover Ramanagara and the wider Mysore Road corridor? We regularly visit sites along Mysore Road around Bidadi. For properties further out, we can begin with an online review of the plan.

Can you work from our survey sketch before visiting? Yes. For empty land especially, this is often the best first step.

Do you sell yantras or products? No. Every correction is a change in layout, placement or use.

Offices and canteens on factory sites

The office block is often the face of a site, and visitors judge a business by it. Tradition prefers it on the south or west side of the plot, with the owner cabin in its south-west corner and the reception facing north or east. Where an office already stands at the front in the north-east, we read it as its own unit and arrange the cabin, accounts and meeting room within it.

Canteens and kitchens suit the south-east or north-west. Washrooms for staff stay out of the north-east of the plot. Security cabins sit beside the gate, away from the north-east corner where the layout allows. These small choices, made early, keep the whole site consistent.

Before you buy land in Bidadi

Check the survey sketch against the land on the ground. Note the shape, the slope, the road access, any road that meets the plot head-on, and what lies on each boundary. Land that has been used for farming may have bunds, wells or old structures that change the reading. Our pre-purchase Vastu check covers all of this before you commit.
