Vastu Consultant in Rajajinagar

Vastu consultations for homes, shops and small manufacturing units across Rajajinagar's blocks and its industrial estate.

Vardhini Vastu is a Vastu consultant in Rajajinagar for family homes, shops on the main roads and the small manufacturing units and workshops of the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate, across its blocks and the neighbouring areas of Basaveshwaranagar, Mahalakshmi Layout, Prakash Nagar and Yeshwanthpur. Many families here run a business close to where they live, so we often assess both. Every property is measured on site, and nothing we recommend involves demolition or stopping production.

Our method applies traditional Vastu Shastra with instruments: compass readings at several points, a 16-zone map from the centre of each property and a Lecher Antenna scan. A written report follows within 48 hours.

Homes, shops and workshops within a few streets

Rajajinagar is an established west Bangalore layout with independent houses on planned sites, busy commercial roads and an industrial estate full of small manufacturing units, printing presses, fabrication shops and job-work units. It is common for a family to live in a house on one block and run a workshop a few streets away.

The two are read differently. A home is read for rest, health and harmony. A workshop is read as a process: where material comes in, where machines and stock sit, where finished goods leave and where the owner and accounts are.

What a Vastu consultant in Rajajinagar checks in a workshop

On a workshop visit we walk the floor while it runs and map:

  • The inward gate and where raw material is unloaded and stored.
  • Heavy machines, ideally towards the south, west and south-west.
  • Furnaces, compressors and electrical panels, which suit the south-east.
  • Water: tanks, borewells and cooling, preferred in the north or north-east.
  • Finished goods and dispatch, which suit the north-west.
  • The owner’s seat and the accounts desk, ideally in the south-west.

Corrections are planned in phases that fit your work: moving stock, clearing the north-east, shifting dispatch staging and adjusting seating. We never recommend rebuilding a shed.

Small units, big effects

Many units in the industrial estate are compact, with every square foot working. We focus on the few changes with the most effect. Keeping the north-east of the shed clear of scrap and raw stock is often the first. Giving the owner a seat that faces north or east, with a wall behind, is another. Keeping cash and records in a stable, secure place is a third.

These rarely need more than a weekend of rearranging and do not interrupt production.

Family homes in the blocks

Most homes in Rajajinagar’s blocks are independent houses, many with a floor or two added over the years. We read the plot first: gate, open sides, staircase, sump and overhead tank. Then each floor is mapped for the people who live there.

Common findings include an overhead tank in the north-east, a staircase through the centre of the house, and a master bedroom outside the south-west. Each has a non-structural correction or a plan for the next renovation.

Shops on the main roads

Dr Rajkumar Road, the West of Chord Road and the inner commercial streets are lined with shops, jewellers, clinics and restaurants. For these we read the entrance, the counter, the owner’s seat and where stock is kept. A clear, bright entrance, a counter that lets the owner face north or east and heavy stock towards the south and west are typical first steps. See Vastu for Shops.

Owner seating at home and at work

Where the owner sits matters in both places. At work, the south-west part of the premises with the owner facing north or east is the traditional ideal. At home, the head of the family’s bedroom in the south-west mirrors the same principle. We often find owners seated near the gate at work, to watch everything, and suggest a better position.

Without stopping production

We take compass and Lecher Antenna readings while machines run and talk to the people who manage the floor. The report separates what should change first from what can wait for the next maintenance shutdown. Our industrial Vastu guide explains the zone-by-zone logic.

Buying industrial or commercial property

If you are buying a shed, plot or commercial unit in Rajajinagar, Peenya or nearby, a pre-purchase check is worth doing. We read the shape, road access, gate position and surroundings and give a written opinion before you commit. See Industrial Plot Vastu.

Rebuilding a family house

When an old Rajajinagar house is rebuilt, often with commercial space on the ground floor and homes above, the drawing stage is the moment to place the staircase, kitchens, bedrooms, puja room and toilets well. We review the architect’s plan and send written notes before work starts.

How a visit in Rajajinagar works

An independent house visit takes two to three hours; a workshop or small factory one to three hours depending on size. We take compass readings at several points, note how each space is used and scan bedrooms, desks and workstations with the Lecher Antenna. Within 48 hours you receive the written VIDS report with the zone map, every reading, observations and prioritised corrections. Questions after that are answered on WhatsApp.

Fees and what you receive

Fees are fixed by property type and quoted before the visit, with nothing charged afterwards for the report. Current Bangalore fees for homes, independent houses and commercial or industrial premises are on our Pricing page, and our sample Vastu report shows the format you receive. We do not sell yantras, pyramids, crystals or any other products. Every correction uses what you already have: placement, room use, colour, light and the balance of the five elements. Workshops and factories are quoted as commercial or industrial work after we see the layout.

Questions we hear in Rajajinagar

“Can you assess my home and my unit together?” Yes. Many clients book both, each priced in its own category.

“Will the visit disrupt work?” No. We take readings while you work.

“Is a small unit too cramped for Vastu?” No. We work with what fits.

“Do you cover nearby areas?” Yes, including Malleshwaram and the Peenya side.

Printing presses and fabrication units

Rajajinagar has many printing and fabrication businesses. Presses and heavy fabrication machines are best towards the south and west; finished jobs waiting for collection suit the north-west. Paper and material stock, which is heavy and flammable, belongs away from the south-east zone of fire where furnaces or welding sets may sit. We balance safety and Vastu together.

Clinics and diagnostic centres

For clinics we read reception, the waiting area, the consultation room, where the doctor sits and where records and medicines are kept. The doctor traditionally sits in a stable zone, facing north or east, and the reception sits near the entrance on the north or east side.

Rented shops and sheds

Many businesses here rent their premises. Every correction we suggest is a layout change that a tenant can make without touching the structure. When you move to a new space, send us the floor plan before you sign and we will advise on layout from the start.

What Vastu can and cannot do

Business owners understandably want to know whether Vastu will improve sales or reduce problems. We do not promise outcomes. A Vastu report is guidance based on classical principles and measured readings, and it works alongside good management. Our editorial standards explain how we separate tradition, measurement and interpretation.

Areas we cover around Rajajinagar

On-site visits cover every block of Rajajinagar, the Industrial Estate, Basaveshwaranagar, Mahalakshmi Layout, Prakash Nagar, Yeshwanthpur, Malleshwaram and the Peenya industrial area. Message us the location on WhatsApp and we will confirm the visit and fee before booking.

Warehouses and godowns

Alongside workshops, the area around Rajajinagar and Yeshwanthpur has many godowns and storage units serving the wholesale markets. For these we read where vehicles load and unload, where heavy stock and racking stand, where goods are checked and where dispatch is staged. Heavy racking belongs towards the south and west; receiving and dispatch work well on the north and north-west sides. The office and records sit in a stable zone. Our Warehouse Vastu page has more detail.
